Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save the QR code for a paperless drop-off.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar mailer, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized USPS location or scheduled pickup; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.
